PRIVACY POLICY

We value our customers and visitors to our website. Your privacy is very important to us. We only collect information that is necessary to process orders placed by our customers. We will not disclose our customer data to any other source without the expressed written consent of each customer. The only exception is information required by law.


RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY FOR PACHAMAMAWEAR™

We ask that you please thoroughly review the information provided for each product on our site before ordering. If you have any questions please contact us for more details prior to placing your order. Our products are hand-made but we do understand some items may need to be returned. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we will welcome returns or exchanges under these conditions:

  1. Item is in its original condition. This means...unwashed, unworn, no odors of perfumes, food, pets, or smoke of any kind.
  2. Return must be post marked within 14 days of receipt date.
  3. Return form must be included (provided to you by us with original order).
  4. Package must be insured through shipping. We are not responsible for lost or delayed returns.

PLEASE NOTE:

Refunds are availabe minus the original postage cost upon receipt of the returned item purchased. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
In the event the return is necessary due to defective merchandise or wrong item shipped, Pachamama Designs assumes the cost of the return postage.

SHIPPING:

Pachamamawear™ orders are generally shipped within one week. Rare cases or special orders could take longer. We always contact our customers if any situation takes longer.

Within the Continental U.S.

We ship from Gloucester, Massachusetts 01930 via USPS Priority Mail or UPS (if weight of package is 10 pounds or more). We contact our customers upon receipt of an order and when orders are shipped.

Outside the Continental U.S.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and other countries outside the United States require additional freight charges. Please include a valid email address and telephone number with your order. These orders will not be shipped until email address and freight charges are confirmed.

Orders may be shipped express upon request. Please contact us for shipping cost information.

PACHAMAMA DESIGNS PRINTS


Our very special PRINTS are special orders and require extra time for each individual order. Orders are generally shipped within 2 weeks. This may vary due to, the need to stretch the canvas, framing, etc...

Prints are shipped with special care to maximize protection. Additional packaging and insurance charges will apply.
